Scratch Your Own Itch | With Logan Tyler Nelson

ABOUT THE SHOW
Host Logan Tyler Nelson brings on guests that come from all walks of life that are friends, artists, entrepreneurs, and athletes.

The show is geared towards anyone interested in or affected by depression, addiction and other mental challenges which are so prevalent in Business Owners and the creative arts. Logan believes that his struggle with Mental Illness is like an Itch. A person who has it will scratch it. The pain will go away briefly only to come back again to itch even worse. How can we reverse this?

Logans hope is that the show will give people a place to connect, smile, be themselves, tell truths that they kept inside for years, and to find some system to relieve their Mental Illness (Scratch) in order to live the life they deserve.

These conversations are about creating a life worth living with a focus on sharing stories about battles in our heads.

We see the things we don't have instead of the things we do have. We tend to gravitate towards negativity. Jealousy, self pity and too much of this leads us depressive thoughts.

Every Successful Person is actually incredible at hiding these addictions, and negative thoughts.

Just to name a few: Robin Williams, David Foster Wallace, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Whitney Houston, Earnest Hemingway and Marilyn Monroe.
All of these Celebrities seemingly had it all.

This show will question your beliefs on success, your definition of mental illness and give you the sensation that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Warning: Scratch Your Own Itch is NOT a substitute for professional therapy.
